If your item is faulty or you believe it is not as described then contact us and we will happily arrange a replacement or full refund. All refunds will be made once the garment is received back to us. If the item is returned due to not fitting we will accept it as long as we are notified within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be dispatched within 14 days since the item was originally received. Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria. We will also not accept any garments that show visible signs of having been worn prior to being returned. Return or exchange costs are covered by the customer.
