1. General agreement

„MUTASTORE’’, SIA, 40203245469, Matisa iela 68 – 17, Riga, LV-1009, Latvia, hereafter calledMUTA, provides the available content on www.mutastore.com, hereafter called webpage, and renders service under the terms of payment, delivery and in compliance with terms and conditions of returning the purchase that can be found on webpage. By using the webpage customers confirm that they have read, understood and agree to comply with the terms. If a customer purchases clothing or cosmetics, hereafter called Goods, offered in MUTA webpage, via Internet then such a mutual agreement is considered as a Distance contract and it is subject to the regulations on Distance contract, including, but not limited to “Consumer Rights Protection Law” of the Republic of Latvia, “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts” issued by The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia etc.

These terms of use apply to all contracts that you enter into with MUTA (hereafter “MUTA” “us” or “we”). By placing an order, you accept our Terms & Conditions.

3. Privacy and security policy

MUTA sincerely respects and cares about its customers and therefore ensures the highest security level according to “Personal Data Protection Law” of the Republic of Latvia. The webpage is a secure web site. Exchange of any information is secure, provided that all internet using requirements are met. Customers are able to order goods, make requests and to enlist themselves for receiving information on news, sales, etc. MUTA never requests and processes sensitive personal data. MUTA never collects and stores information regarding debit cards and credit cards. MUTA collects only information concerning purchase bill and delivery: customer’s name, address, e-mail, phone no. MUTA uses the information provided by customers to identify them, as well as in situations when communication has legal request, i.e. when the law stipulates that personal data is to be provided to government and municipal institutions. MUTA has the rights to give customer’s information to a third person (e.g. courier service) only concerning the details necessary for the delivery of the Goods. Customers’ personal information helps to inform them about new offers, sales and other activities related to MUTA marketing. MUTA takes all necessary webpage maintenance and development measures concerning customer’s personal information security, in order to protect it against theft, loss, misuse, unauthorized access, exposure, modification and corruption. Although we do everything to ensure your privacy, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. That’s why we would like to inform you that there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology, which is used by vendors to ensure the security of the online business. It negotiates and employs the essential functions of mutual authentication, data encryption and data integrity for secure transactions.

4. Pricing policy 

The currency used is Euro (EUR; €) for all countries. VAT is included in all our prices and will bebased on the country the order will be shipped to. Please note that all prices and product information on the MUTA webpage are subject to change.

5. Colours

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

6. Ordering and Payment

After you chose items you would like to buy and click „Confirm Order”, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express. If you want to make any changes in your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail [email protected] There might be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. We do not share credit card or other payment information with third parties except for the purposes of processing payment for products and services you’ve ordered and as required by law.

7. Terms of Use of Gift Card

MUTA virtual gift card can be used exclusively at MUTA webpage. If the value of your voucher is less than the total of your order you will be required to pay the balance by one of the other payment options.. MUTA virtual gift cards can not be replaced, returned or redeemed for cash. The gift card can not be used to buy another gift card. If you have returned an order that has been paid by gift card, the amount of money spent on the order from gift card will be refunded back as gift card.

8. Policy changes

MUTA may periodically update these Terms and Conditions including for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed. Any changes made will be posted here. By visiting and continuing to use the website you agree to accept any changes made to these Terms. Please note that Terms only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on the website. Feel free to contact us with any questions. 9. E-mail subscriptions

If you have chosen to receive emails from MUTA, we will offer you advanced notice of sales, new arrivals and other MUTA news. Email addresses are only used internally for the purpose of sending you communication from MUTA. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell or rentyour email address to other companies. 10. Availability of the goods

The product range is available and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site and in stock. Indications on the availability are provided during the ordering process. Errors or
modifications may occasionally occur in exceptional circumstances and the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible to fulfil the order in the best possible time and way.

11. Delivery procedure

All orders will be handle by Omniva Ltd. Your order will be shipped via the shipping method You have chosen during the check out process. The place of the delivery is deemed to be the
address that the customer indicates to MUTA. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot take the responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Delivery costs:
Shipping in Latvia to Omniva parcel machine 3,90€, free from 150€.
Shipping in Estonia and Lithuania to Omniva parcel machine 3,90€, free from 150€.
Shipping in Europe by DPD courier 21€, free from 200€.
Shipping in Europe to DPD parcel machine 18€, free from 150€.

Depending on the delivery address the order can be subject to extra shipping costs that will be
explicitly indicated before payment confirmation and will be included in total cost.
Baltic States 2-3 working days.
Europe countries 3-5 working days.
Other countries (worldwide) 5-7 working days.
(Note that it may take longer in peak seasons, such as Christmas).

12. Return & Exchange Policy

If your item is faulty or you believe it is not as described, contact us, and we will happily arrange a replacement or full refund. All refunds will be made once we have received the returned garment. If the item is returned due to fitting problems, we will accept it, as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the item. There are two reasons why we can’t accept returns online for underwear. Firstly, for hygiene reasons and, secondly, to prevent this product from ending up in a landfill. Each time a pair of undies is returned to us, we cannot re-use it, so it ends up in a landfill. We are committed to reducing such waste as part of our long-term sustainability mission. The return item must be dispatched within 14 days of its original reception. Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria. We will also not accept any garments that show visible signs of wear.
