If your item is faulty or you believe it is not as described then contact us and we will happily arrange a replacement or full refund. All refunds will be made once the garment is received back to us. If the item is returned due to not fitting we will accept it as long as we are notified within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be dispatched within 14 days since the item was originally received. Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria. We will also not accept any garments that show visible signs of having been worn prior to being returned. Return or exchange costs are covered by the customer. 

We do not accept returns of underwear.
There are two reasons why we can’t accept returns online for underwear. Firstly, for hygiene reasons and secondly to prevent this product from ending up in landfill.
Each time a pair of undies or tights is returned to us online we cannot re-use it so it ends up in landfill, which we are committed to reducing as part of our long-term sustainability mission.

Baltic States 2-3 working days. 
Europe countries 3-5 working days. 
Other countries (worldwide) 5-7 working days. 
(Note that it may take longer in peak seasons, such as Christmas).
